Storing

Fold, don’t hang—this prevents stretching.
Store in a breathable cotton bag in a cool, dry place.
Add cedar balls or lavender sachets to keep moths away.

Between Wears

Wool & Cashmere naturally resist odors—air them out instead of washing after every wear.
Use a fabric comb or soft brush to remove light pilling.
Light steaming helps relax fibers and smooth wrinkles.

Delivery Issues & Delays

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Tags and labels must still be attached
